5 Simple Home Remedies For Blackheads

They are unpleasant, ugly and very resistant to almost any remedy. If you’re fighting with blackheads, you know exactly how difficult it is to eliminate them once they have begun to install. Today we present 5 ways using only  natural ingredients that have the ability to efficiently eliminate blackheads.



1. Exfoliating with baking soda

After you have washed your face carefully, put a paste made of water and baking soda on the areas affected with blackheads. Leave it on for around 10 minutes, then wash with warm water. Use this remedy to remove blackheads 1-2 times a week.

 


2.Oatmeal Mask

Leave oats to soak in water overnight (don't forget to cover the bowl to avoid infection!) Or Boil it for a few minutes. If you prefer the second method, let it cool first and then put the oatmeal paste on your face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then clean with warm water. Oats have the potential to relieve irritations, eliminate dead cells and control the secretion of sebum. You can apply this process on a daily basis if your skin is oily, or twice a week if your skin is dry.

 
3. Lemon juice

Lemon contains citric acid, which has the ability to eliminate dead cells. Additionally, vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, decreases the occurrence of obnoxious post-acne scars. Clean your skin with products that you regularly use, then squeeze a whole lemon into a bowl and apply on the face employing a cotton pad. Wait to dry (around 10 minutes) and then wash with warm water. Apply this treatment at least 3 times per week.



4. Honey mask

Honey has antiseptic and antibacterial effect and is perfect for treating acne. Clean your skin properly and then massage honey on your face using your fingers. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes and then wash with warm water. For greater results, Apply this treatment on a daily basis.

Tip: For a twice stronger and an aromatic mask combine cinnamon powder with honey. This mixture has an antiseptic effect and is pretty active against blackheads.

 
5. Epsom Salt Tonic

Clean your skin completely, then add a tablespoon of Epsom salt in a 1/2 cup of water. Stir until the salt is completely dissolved, then massage your skin thoroughly with this mixture. Let it dry on your face and then wash with warm water. You can apply this treatment on a daily basis.
