Mint-Berry Smoothie For Bad Breath

Ingredients

  1. 10-12 fresh mint leaves 
  2. 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 
  3. 2 tsp honey or agave nectar (optional) 
  4. 1/2 cup water 
  5. 1/2 banana 
  6. 1 apple, cored, chopped 


Instructions
Add all the ingredients together and then blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve instantly.
